The brand new aftermarket Light Duty Secret Service / FBI style headset as seen in the actual photo. It has a remote microphone with push to talk button you can clip almost anywhere. The clear acoustic tube fits snugly in the ear and keeps your conversations private and outside noise out.

Headset is for use with the following Motorola and many other radios that require an oval side mount pin connector with retaining screw:
