For headsets and accessories: all opened items carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase against defects with the exception of SKU:Radio-SP10V which carries a 30 day exchange only warranty. We will either repair or replace your item at our discretion. Please ship all warranty exchanges with original packaging to:

Our 2-way UHF/VHF Black Box radio units carry a 1 year manufacturer warranty from Black box. Warranty information is included with each unit.

Dynamic Designs offers the following Returns Policy: We want this to be an enjoyable experience for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item and packaging are in the same condition as we sent it to you (unopened/unused), we will refund 100% of the purchase price (minus shipping & customs fees), if we are notified within 3 days of receiving the item.
